Dimplex Rockport Electric Fire 2kW Optiflame Fireplace. The Rockport electric inset with Optiflame combines a stunning contemporary look, brilliant effects, and a powerful electric fan heater. Not only can you use this heater all year round thanks to the visuals being able to be used independent of heat, but they are low on running costs due to using LED bulbs. The frame is designed to fit most common existing fireplaces, but can also be fitted flat-to-wall thanks to the spacer provided.

Bulk orders or Specialist deliveries may require palletising. Can I change, or cancel, my order? Once your order has been labelled for dispatch it can no longer be cancelled. How do I know when my parcel will be delivered? Although infrequent, delays to deliveries can occur. What if my item is damaged? We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away.

Any damage reported after this period will not be considered as transit damage. While we hope you'll be happy with your High Street Entrepreneurs items we understand you may, on occasion, need to return the item. This will cover parts and labour but will not extend to accidental damage, user misuse, general wear and tear or malicious damage. What to send : When returning your item for repair please include any accessories you received with the item. EG remote control, cables, charger. Where applicable, please also remove any password/passcode or supply the information needed for the technicians to access your item. If a repair is possible, we will carry this out and return the item to you.

If your item is deemed beyond economical repair, we will offer a replacement (stock permitting). Hard drives and USB devices, laptop / desktops / netbooks / tablets.
