Mens Vintage Jw Benson Watch C. 1953 Tropical Dial

  

A 1953 mens jw benson tropical dial in stunning original condition. The dial is exactly the same as the one sir edmund hillary reached the summit of everest in 1953 (its not the smiths a404 which was the smiths model but benson made the same dial at the time). The dial is beutifully aged giving it a ivory tone with mild patina the movement is 15 jewels manual wind and has been fully serviced and keeps accurate time over 24 hours test period.

The case in chrome plated and is 33mm witj 18mm spring bar lugs, plexi glass clean and clear new quality leather strap. Note this is a vintage watch and will have minor imperfections.
