It needs to be pushed onto the steel end of the drain and the other end pushed into the 50mm pipe (push fit). If your pipes are 40mm diameter, there is no need to use the plastic connector as the steel outlet of the drain is 40mm diameter. All our drains come with 10 years guarantee.
