Vintage 1960s Yema Mechanical Hand Wind Watch. Yema is a well known French watch brand which is undergoing a revival of late. This watch is from their golden era in the 1960s before the onset of the Quartz crisis. It is in good condition, full working order and keeping good time.

It has a chrome case in a good state of preservation and a stainless steel screw down case back. It has a cream colour dial with applied gold colour hour markers and hands.

The crown was once chromed also but due to wear (being a hand wound watch) the brass metal is now visible. However, it matches nicely the hour markers and hands. The acrylic glass crystal does not have any significant chips, cracks or scratches.

Inside is a 17 jewel manually wound Yema movement. Case size without crown: 35.1 mm. Case size with crown: 37.3 mm. Lug to lug length: 45.5 mm.
