SUMMARY: A rare steel WW2 Steel Actua Officers 17 jewel Military Centre Seconds Wrist Watch from ca. THE DIAL : 85% mint, the original satin silver with luminised Arabic numerals and signed "Actua Watch, Geneve, WaterProof, 17 jewels ", with some small marks as expected for a watch of this period and patination and loss of lumed dots at hour marker points. Dial with original lumed military cathedral hands and centre seconds. The new crystal is also in excellent condition. THE MOVEMENT : 100% mint, with silver steel colored plates. The watch with a compensate regulator and two arm bimetallic balance, with overcoiled hairspring. The movement with 17 jewels. The movement with a steel winding button. The Wyler movement is a fabulous example of high grade Swiss engineering with rare additonal centre seconds work. THE CASE : 90% mint, the two piece chrome and stainless steel case measures 27 mm outside diameter and 33 mm to ends of the flared lugs.

The two piece piece case is in used condition with wear as shown, with a screw on stainless steel back case number 137 476. THE BRACELET : 100% mint, the watch comes with its original expanding watch band in good order. The watch keeps excellent time and is very useable for every-day wear or for best wear on holidays and birthdays.
